How do I book an appointment?

First, select the artist you would like to work with. On the dropdown artist page, each artist has a link to their booking form. Fill out the booking form entirely, including all required fields, and we’ll be in contact with you as soon as possible.
Where are you located?

We are located at 1520 N. May Avenue, in Oklahoma City. There is plenty of parking available, we just ask that you don’t park in our neighbors reserved parking spots, which are painted with “Reserved- Pho Hung”.
What styles do you specialize in?

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring a Valid Photo ID, and a form of payment. Dress comfortably, wearing something that allows us to access the area we will be tattooing. You are welcome to bring a water bottle, or snack if you’d like. You are also welcome to bring a friend or visitor.
